Join as we celebrate the accomplishments of our 2024 graduates at the third annual Multicultural Graduation Celebration.
The Center for Student Leadership and Involvement holds this ceremony to honor the wide variety of ethnic heritages of the students of SUNY Old Westbury, which serves the most diverse student body in the state university system.
The evening will start with a reception, then proceed with guest speakers, "sashing" of the graduates, and much more!
This is not the campus' formal graduation ceremony, but an opportunity for the community to celebrate the graduating students’ accomplishments and an occasion for the students to show appreciation for those who have been instrumental in those accomplishments.
The official University-wide Commencement will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024. It will be at the Commencement that students will receive their diplomas from the University
